Refund Policy
Please review this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a ZET Pro Clean mentorship service.
Mentorship Purchases
Because mentorship programs involve reserved availability, preparation, strategic planning, intellectual property, and access to specialized knowledge, all mentorship purchases are generally final and non-refundable once payment has been completed.
This applies to programs including, but not limited to:
- Premium Growth Blueprint
- Private Market Leader Partnership
- Strategy sessions
- Consultations
- Business-development programs
- Digital resources or mentorship materials
Before Services Begin
Any request to cancel before the mentorship service begins will be reviewed individually.
Approval of a cancellation or refund is not guaranteed and remains subject to the circumstances, preparation already completed, payment-processing fees, and reserved availability.
After Services Have Begun
Once any part of the mentorship service has been delivered, including an onboarding process, strategy review, preparation, scheduled session, consultation, resource access, or direct support, the purchase is non-refundable.
Unused sessions or support do not create an automatic right to a partial refund.
Missed or Cancelled Sessions
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.
Missed sessions, late cancellations, or failure to participate are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of ZET Pro Clean and is subject to availability.
Digital Materials
Digital documents, templates, recordings, plans, frameworks, or other downloadable resources are non-refundable after access or delivery.
Payment Plans
When a payment plan is approved, the participant remains responsible for completing all agreed payments.
Stopping participation does not automatically cancel remaining payments unless ZET Pro Clean agrees otherwise in writing.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider a refund, credit, or rescheduling request in exceptional circumstances.
Any accommodation is discretionary and does not create an obligation to provide the same outcome in another case.
Service Cancellation by ZET Pro Clean
If ZET Pro Clean cancels a service and cannot provide a reasonable replacement, rescheduling option, or equivalent service, we may issue an appropriate refund or credit for the undelivered portion.
Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and may be challenged using available transaction, communication, and service-delivery records.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
