No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee:

- A specific number of clients
- Contracts or project awards
- Profitability
- Business growth
- Any particular financial or operational result
Testimonials, examples, or previous client results are not guarantees that you will achieve the same outcome.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Attending scheduled sessions on time
- Providing accurate information
- Completing agreed action items
- Making your own business decisions
- Implementing recommendations appropriately

All final decisions remain your responsibility.
Scheduling and Missed Sessions
Sessions must be scheduled according to the availability and process provided by ZET Pro Clean.
Requests to reschedule should be made as early as reasonably possible.
A missed session or late cancellation may be considered used and may not be rescheduled, except at the discretion of ZET Pro Clean.
Repeated delays, missed sessions, or lack of participation may affect the delivery timeline without extending the original program period.
Payments
Payment must be completed according to the price and payment terms displayed at checkout or stated in writing.
You authorize the payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the agreed amount.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, transaction fees, currency-conversion costs, or bank charges.
Failure to complete an agreed payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the mentorship service.
Intellectual Property
All website materials, mentorship frameworks, documents, strategies, templates, recordings, videos, presentations, processes, and resources provided by ZET Pro Clean remain the intellectual property of ZET Pro Clean unless otherwise stated in writing.
Materials are provided for your personal and internal business use only.
You may not:

- Publish or distribute the materials publicly
- Share paid resources with unauthorized individuals
- Create a competing program using our materials
- Record sessions without written permission

Acceptable Conduct
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a participant:
- Engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct
- Misuses or redistributes proprietary materials
- Provides false or misleading information
- Attempts fraud or unauthorized payment disputes
- Seriously disrupts the mentorship process
- Violates these Terms & Conditions

Limitation of Liability
